Welcome

Events

The "Self" in IFS is the empty chair. A place where a specific part
has not taken over. Where there is
room to breathe. Room to move. The
essence of who we are.

What about the Self as it is referred to in non-dual philosophy?
Is it the same Self? There is only this. Only what's happening. There is no word good enough or accurate enough to describe it. This mystery. This beauty. This neutrality.

The Self. You could call it the Self.

But how can the gap be bridged between exploring the Self in IFS and experiencing The Self as the universe? Experiencing The Self as The Self? Or is there a gap?

What does non-dual IFS look like?

Does The Self have any qualities?

What is the relationship of parts to The Self?

What is the nature of The Self?
